No rental amount or acceptance is guaranteed. Ownership or authority to lease, permitted use, subleasing authority, licensing, insurance, repairs, utilities, taxes, payment and termination terms must be assessed and set out in an executed agreement.

Construction or renovation work may be coordinated with appropriately qualified providers where required. No property-management package, marketing channel or fixed-rent arrangement is accepted until agreed in writing.
